Today’s Ladies Prayer Challenge: Being The One Our Husband Can Trust His Heart With

“10 Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. 11 The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil. 12 She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life.” ~ Proverbs 31:10 — 12 (KJV)

Dear Lord,

We first and foremost come to You giving You all the praise, glory, and honor as the one and only true and living God. We thank You for salvation — sending Your Son to die on the cross for our sins so that we can have eternal life with You in heaven. Please forgive us of our sins, and we thank You in advance for helping us to overcome our weaknesses and shortcomings.

Lord, we come to You with a special prayer today that You will help us to be the virtuous women you called us to be. After You, may we be the ones our husbands can look to for comfort and strength as their help meet. Thank You, Father, for showing us how to reach our maximum potential in being the uniquely designed and assigned wife to our spouses. For those of us who are not yet joined in holy matrimony, we thank You, for molding us into the wife you would have us to be when you bring us the man You would have us to be one with. Lastly, Father, thank You for giving us the strength and heart to do good our husbands each day of our lives.

It is in the magnificent name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, that we pray. Amen.
