Jasmine Villegas, the star of Justin Bieber’s music video for his song “Baby,” has been recieving death threats since 2009 from a crazed 33-year-old man by the name of Steven Cintron. On August 2nd, a judge of the L.A. County Superior Court issued an order for this stalker to stay at least 100 yards away from Jasmine and her family until his court hearing to be held this month. He is also prohibited from contacting Villegas via the internet or posting anymore YouTube videos about her.
Going on two years now, Villegas has been receiving thousands of messages from Cintron. Those messages include 75 YouTube videos. One of which includes him offering a $5,000 award for anyone who would kill her. Villegas said, “In a couple of the videos, he has appeared holding deadly weapons, i.e. a gun, machete knives stating that he was going to find me, rape me, and kill me.” Villegas also states that Cintron sent her a message via Twitter saying, “You’re dead Jasmine. I swear to God I’m going to kill you. I will blow your f**king head off bitch.” According to TMZ, Villegas “claims Steven has also threatened to kill her mom, her current boyfriend, and her little brother … and the singer has been living in constant ‘panic mode.'”
