Patti LaBelle’s harasser is on the loose! NBC News reports that “the man who spent more than two years in prison after sending singer Patti LaBelle threatening e-mails took off from the halfway house where he is supposed to live for a year.” The man’s name is Waleik Fennicks, and he is 38 years of age.
On June 28th, Fennicks was given permission to leave his halfway house situated on Erie Avenue in order to have a physical exam at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He never arrived, however. The following afternoon, the hospital alerted Fennicks’ halfway house that he never showed up for his physical. NBC News reports that “Fennicks has many mental-health disorders” and that there is a “warrant for Fennicks…though there has been no word on where he is.”
