While 41-year-old actor Shemar Moore was biking in Los Angeles back in August of 2009, he was struck by a vehicle from behind, and he is still battling out his case in court. He filed a lawsuit against the driver and owner of the vehicle, Phillip Randall and Florence Rosenthal, through by Los Angeles Superior Court. Moore is being represented by Shawn Holley, Lindsay Lohan’s attorney.
According to court papers, Moore claims that Randall did not yeild for him while driving Rosenthal’s vehicle. This former male model suffered from numerous injuries — including a cracked rib and broken leg — which are racking up after-math medical bills. On top of that, Moore lost money during the time that he could not work and is suing for that as well.
