Your Black World reports
Two white teens of the tender ages of 15 and 16 are not so tender hearted towards their black classmate. Chesterfield County police have charged these boys with
simple assault after they grabbed the 14-year-old black male victim and tried to put a noose around his neck at an after-school activity being held at Thomas Dale High School.
Shawn Smith, the Chesterfield County school division spokesman, released a statement saying that these bullying acts breach school regulations and are punishable by suspension or expulsion. As the school handles their side of matters, police are deciding whether or not to file additional charges against the students in question.
